I decided to digitally paint the sketch in the previous post. I have done my last four pieces of work in acrylic so I thought I should switch it up and do some digital stuff.

This was a sketch that I did a couple of days ago. It's good to get back to sketching on a regular basis. 

Not much to say, just trying to stay busy.

It has been a while since I posted anything  so I thought I would show a little project that I'm currently working on. Nothing major just practicing my portraits.

I've been doing a lot of graphic design lately but still find time to squeeze in some personal projects. If only I had more time.....

I was watching the series "Planet Earth" the other day and it was really good. Seeing all of the animals and unique environments made me think of how I use to sit in my room as a kid and draw lions, wolves, snakes and anything else a little kids imagination can create. I encourage all of you from time to time to refer back to your child like state and have fun drawing whatever it is that comes to mind.

The sketch in my previous blog was sitting in the corner of my studio area and calling out to me to take it a step further. The artist in me could not deny its call so I answered with a little color.
